| Description: |
The
job of the Loss Prevention Officer is to reduce theft and prevent/deter other
criminal activity at a retail establishment. This includes shoplifting, employee
theft, supplier/vendor theft, and robbery. This is accomplished by:
1.
Monitoring CCTV camera systems and walking store aisles to prevent theft.
2.
Providing a courteous, respectful, and pleasant interaction with each client
employee, customer, or visitor.
3. Presenting a good image of both our
company and the client's security department.
4. Observing and reporting
incidents or suspicious activity to client representatives, company
management, police/public safety authorities as appropriate.

| Requirements: |
To be
eligible for consideration you must:
* Be 18 years of age or older
*
Be a citizen of the United States or legally qualified to work here
* Have no
record of felonies or security-related misdemeanors
* Possess a High school
diploma or equivalency
* Successfully pass a drug screening test
* Be of
good moral character
* Provide quality job references for previous employment
* Successfully complete pre-employment training
In addition, candidates need to be able to work alone, have a professional attitude and
provide superior customer service. Current WI Driver's license and good driving
record also required.Previous security background preferred, but not required. Solid work history and the ability to be licensed by the State of Wisconsin as a Private Security Officer. |
